Patrick Ben Zimra has owned and run the firm since 1995. Adv. Ben Zimra is also in charge of the most important real estate transactions in the office as well as the most sensitive cases requiring litigation. In 1990, Adv. Ben Zimra completed a Master's degree in law at a university in France and also immigrated to Israel. Adv. Ben Zimra’s law degree was recognized in Israel and he successfully passed the Israel Bar Association Exam in 1993.

Since the firm was opened in 1995, Adv. Ben Zimra has represented both Israeli and European companies investing in commercial and residential real estate in Israel. He also serves as an advisor to foreign investors in various real estate transactions around the country. The firm has represented several foreign embassies and governments in real estate transactions in Israel.

Adv. Ben Zimra has represented Air France in Israel for about 15 years and also represents numerous European clients regarding their investments in Israel. Additionally, Adv. Ben Zimra represents foreign companies in private arbitration for the purpose of civil and commercial litigation, before all Israeli judicial bodies including the Supreme Court. 

Patrick Ben Zimra has spearheaded the legal representation of the Israel Mobile Telephone Operator from its inception. This includes representation in the fields of regulation, commercial contracts between operators, labor law and commercial litigation before judicial courts in Israel.
