Alon Reshef holds a Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2010. Adv. Reshef focuses on the fields of real estate, real estate taxation and commercial real estate and has been part of our team since 2012. 

Expertise

Adv. Reshef represents clients in real estate transactions and provides legal advice regarding the management of institutes and commercial centers. Adv. Reshef assists clients with primary registrations at the Israel Land Registry, including the acquisition of ownership in accordance with the Israel Land Authority's requirements. Additionally, Adv. Reshef provides clients with legal advice on real estate taxation before purchasing or selling assets, including throughout assessment procedures with various real estate taxation offices. Adv. Reshef also advises clients in conducting administrative and legal proceedings until a final assessment is completed.

Noteworthy Achievements

Adv. Reshef has represented numerous clients throughout sales, purchases, rental agreements and operational arrangements of hotels, as well as commercial centers in Israel.
